Fault Phenomenon
The device can start up normally, and all functions are operating correctly. However, when connect each probe has a few rays of light, as depicted in the picture below.
Fault Analysis:
The equipment can start up normally, and all functions operate correctly. However, there has bright light in each probe. This fault may be caused by issues with the probe connector board, beamformer board, or the probes themselves. Since the locations of the light are consistent, the possibility of probe connector board and probe faults can be largely ruled out. It is suspected that the issue lies with the beamformer board. After replace the beamformer board, image become normal.
Maintenance Result:
The fault was resolved by replacing the beamformer board
The image display of each probe is abnormal of Aloka F37. After adjusting the TGC, the image changes and the RXBF channel board is faulty.
Indicator light of control panel keeps flashing in a loop after starup, it is judged that it is a machine startup problem.
