Fault Phenomenon:

The probe cannot be identified, the abnormal drive voltage is reported, and the equipment cannot be used normally. The fault picture are as follows.

Fault Analysis:

If we can not identify the probe when boot, report the power drive is abnormal,e see the fault prompt alone, it may be caused by the high voltage power supply fault, but cannot be determined, so it also need to be tested to determine the problem.

Maintenance Process:

In the process of detection, it is found that as long as the probe is not inserted, the error will not be reported, but the probe will report the error, each interface is like this. In this way,both the high voltage power supply and the interface board are possible the problem, then let’s check it out one by one.

First, check out the high-voltage power supply. The high voltage power supply is located on the left side of the equipment. When replacing, remove the shell on the left side of the equipment.

As shown in the figure,remove the red ring and mark the four screws, and then you can take down the shell of the machine. After removing the shell, you can see the metal baffle. Then after removing the metal baffle, you can see the high voltage power supply.

Maintenance Process:

Be careful when removing metal baffle to prevent collision of the electronic components of the power board. The physical figure of the high voltage power supply is as follows.

Replace the high voltage power supply and the equipment returned to normal. Next, we need to check the fault of the high voltage power supply.

Maintenance Result:

Replace the power board, troubleshooting.
